Super Easy TIPS to Feel Great While Traveling
I love to travel. This year I’ll be out of town a total of 13 times. 🤩🤩
And I love being in a place of food freedom as I travel, because I get to fully enjoy my trips and treat my tastebuds to awesome local food + drinks.
I never ever deprive myself. Ever! 🤗🍺🍩🍹🍕🌮
But I still want to FEEL GOOD- even when I am indulging (guilt free, thank you v. much. 😉)
Here are some of my fave tricks to stay balanced while traveling: ✨
❣️ Stay hydrated! 💦
It’s easy to slip up on drinking water when you’re traveling, but trust me, it makes a WORLD of difference- especially since we tend to consume more salt, sugar and alcohol on trips.
Aim to drink MORE water than usual- especially when flying!! ✈️ It’ll flush out bloat and boost your energy levels, along with like 3,327 other benefits. 😜
❣️ Get some greens. 🥒🥦
Greens provide tons of nutrients, boost our immune system and raise our vibration. I try to include something green in every meal (think: side salad, an order of roasted veggies, etc.) I also do my best to grab a green juice daily (veggies only plz, + lemon or ginger to avoid super high fructose content 👌)
If fresh green veggies or green juice is hard to come by, you can pack a greens powder for the next-best-thing. You’ll still get all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients, and can mix it with water and go on with you vacay! This is my personal favorite greens powder… and it comes in single serving packets, perfect for travel!

I’m definitely not rigid about working out on vacation- but I do my best to stay active so I feel good- physically AND mentally.
Walking, jogging, biking, hiking or taking a class at a local studio is an awesome way to explore your destination.
Scope out the best trails or classes ahead of time and schedule them into your trip. I personally love using ClassPass (@classpass) to drop into classes and check out new studios. 😍🚴🏻♀️
At the end of the day, it’s all about balance. Listen to your body and always make choices from a place of love for yourself.
That way whether it’s champagne or kombucha, chocolate mousse or kale, you can’t go wrong.
