I struggled with food and my weight for as long as I can remember- and started dieting at the age of 8. It wasn’t until I was 30 years old that I can truly say I found balance, and say good-bye to dieting, for good.
Now my mission is to teach women how to do the same… how to “break up” with dieting and create a happy, healthy balance. Because let’s be honest: diets are NOT sustainable. What about vacations, holidays, dining out, parties, Happy Hours… who wants to say NO to all of that stuff?
It’s not realistic, and it’s downright miserable (believe me, I’ve tried it!) I believe you really CAN have your cake and eat it too!
My mission is to show you how to look & feel your best, without dieting or deprivation! I believe in creating healthy, sustainable habits that let you be your BEST self without sacrificing anything.
