1-on-1 Coaching Session

Interested in coaching but not ready to take the plunge into a program due to time or resources? This is a great way to get some life changing breakthroughs and experience the power of 1-on-1 coaching outside of a program.

NEW CLIENT ADD-ON’S

 

Training Jumpstart Session

$175 at my location
$225 in-home session

  • In-person session to get acquainted with all of the exercises on your personalized program

  • We’ll perfect your form and discuss intensity for optimal results

  • Sessions are usually 60 minutes in length

Nutrition Check-In

$125 per session

  • Private coaching session via phone, FaceTime or in person, depending on location & preference.

  • We’ll work together to up-level your current nutrition habits for optimal results to compliment your training program (without any dieting or deprivation!)

  • Sessions are usually 40-45 minutes in length.
